1. We call youA member of our team calls the number you give us, usually between 17:00 and 19:00 UK time, to talk through what you want to change.
2. You send photosWe ask for a few photos of your hair on WhatsApp and explain which angles we need.
3. Free video consultationYou speak with a trichologist, who explains your options. You then receive a personal quotation, with no obligation to go ahead.
