A clear overview of how we handle an early enquiry, before any individual clinical assessment takes place.
- What this covers
- Information you choose to give us through this website, email or WhatsApp while you are asking about the pathway.
- Keep it simple
- Please do not send medical records, clinical photographs or detailed health information through the initial contact form.
- Need help?
- You can ask us about your information at any time using the contact details at the end of this page.
When you contact us
We may receive your name, contact details, an optional city or town, and the message you choose to send. We use your phone number to call you about your enquiry. We also receive limited form-submission information, such as the page used and the time of submission, to operate and protect the form.
An initial enquiry is not a clinical assessment and is not a request for marketing consent. If information is needed for a clinical review, we will explain the appropriate next step and secure route before you share it.
How we use enquiry information
- To respond to your question and arrange a requested conversation.
- To explain the next stage of the treatment pathway, if you wish to explore it.
- To keep the website and enquiry process working safely.
- To meet applicable legal, contractual and record-keeping requirements where relevant.
Optional analytics and approximate location
Optional analytics are used only after you accept them using the choice on this website. They help us understand website use and do not affect whether we respond to an enquiry. If you accept, we may retain the first and latest campaign touch, such as an approved campaign tag, referring page or advertising click identifier. Campaign touches are kept for the browser session; the analytics-choice cookie is kept for 180 days. You can withdraw your choice at any time using Analytics settings on the site.
Where a trusted server-side DB-IP database is available, we may add an approximate country, region or city to an enquiry to help route it to the right team. This is an estimate, not a precise location or a guarantee of accuracy. We do not request browser GPS or retain raw IP data for this purpose.
Who may support the pathway
We do not sell personal information. Service providers may help us operate the website or route enquiries. If you choose to progress, only the information needed for the next stage may be shared with the relevant UK or Turkish coordination and clinical teams. The detailed documents for an individual pathway will explain the parties involved before treatment proceeds.
Keeping information and your choices
We aim to collect only what is needed and to keep it only for as long as necessary to respond to an enquiry, manage an ongoing pathway or meet applicable requirements. You can ask us about the information we hold, request a correction or raise a concern about how it has been used. You may also have the right to raise a data-protection concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
